Ingredients for 6 people
- 200 grams of goat caprino “AMALTEA” 1 sfoglia
- 6 leeks
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup of water
Preparation:
In a saucepan place the chopped leeks, 1/2 cup of water, salt and pepper and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Add 200 grams of “AMALTEA” goat cheese. Roll out the dough in a baking dish and pour the prepared mixture.
Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
